Communication Privacy Policy

To help strengthen communication with our school community, Gladden Farms Elementary PTO offers an optional text messaging service using Textedly. By signing up with our "Join" code, parents and guardians, teachers, and staff can receive occasional text updates from the GFE PTO.

What to Expect:

• You’ll receive no more than one text message per week (4 per month) with helpful information about upcoming PTO events and volunteer opportunities.

• This service will NOT be used to send school-wide or district-wide emergency updates.

• There are NO advertisements associated with this platform.

• You will not be charged by the GFE PTO for joining or receiving texts (standard message/data rates from your carrier may apply).

• This text messaging service is a one-way communication. This is NOT a group text/chat. You will receive communication ONLY from GFE PTO, and you will not see any phone numbers registered for the program.

• Our 800 number does NOT accept phone calls, it only send messages regarding PTO events.

Opting In & Out:

• To opt in, simply follow the instructions provided with our "Join" code.

  1. Text JOIN to our number (888) 660-1574. You will receive an auto-generated welcome message.

• To opt out at any time, just text "STOP" to unsubscribe from future messages.

• For help, text "HELP". 

Your Privacy:

• Identifying information (if collected) and your phone number will remain private and secure in the Textedly platform.

• The Gladden Farms Elementary PTO will never sell or share your information.

• The Gladden Farms Elementary PTO will never share images of our children or our events via the text platform.

Participation in the text messaging program is completely optional, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
