The GFE PTO invites all Gladden Elementary Students and their immediate families to join us for a fun-filled evening as we celebrate at our 10th Birthday on April 24th from 6:00–8:30 PM at the school!
Some important reminders for Families:
This is a private event for GFE Students/Staff and their immediate family (residing in the same household).
We kindly ask extended family and friends to be excused. We would like everyone to be safe and have fun without overcrowding.
Entry is FREE, but please RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount!
You can purchase Snack and Raffle tickets when you RSVP. We will have raffle tickets and your entry wrist bands at the Will Call table when you arrive.
Use raffle tickets for Snack Station and Raffle Baskets. $1 each or get 25 tickets for only $20. (Paying with "Tickets" limits cash circulating)
This is not a drop-off event—all children must attend with their adult.
We will have seating, but feel free to bring a camping chair to hang out and relax.
If you got it, flaunt it! Please wear your 10-year celebration T-shirts (kids/adults). Contact us to purchase an adult shirt for $10 (we have limited sizes so please reach out).
Food Trucks will accept Cash/Cards - they don't accept PTO raffle tickets

We’re looking for community partners to help us celebrate! Opportunities include market vendors, hosting a game booth, sponsoring attractions, donating raffle items, and/or volunteering your time as we celebrate this amazing milestone!
We typically need help selling snacks, monitoring inflatables, game booths/attractions such as dunk tank. You do not need to get into the dunk tank, it's only to monitor the line. Unless you really want to - we'll happily take Dunk Tank volunteers!

PTO will provide a complimentary 10x10 covered outdoor space for your business. We simply ask that you bring a carnival-style game, small prizes, and any staff, swag, or informational materials you would like to share. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with families while celebrating a decade of growth, community, and possibility.
